Be our guest at 10:30AM for a freshly brewed cup of coffee and the presentation Electoral Politics in 2024 by Dr. Michael Kryzanek, Emeritus Professor of Political Science, Bridgewater State University.

This presentation will examine the various state voting procedures that have been put in place to determine the party choice for national and state leadership positions. Also, it is important to address the issues of misinformation, threats to election workers and outright fraud that have recently surfaced regarding the 2020 election.

As part of this examination there will be a review of the public policy issues that are certain to drive voter turnout, the polling data that may reveal the views of the American voters and the deep-seated polarization that continues to reside at the heart of national politics. A key part of this presentation will be a discussion of the current status and popularity of the candidates running for the presidency, the important leadership positions within the Congress and the breakdown of party control in state capitals.

Dr. Michael Kryzanek’s presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer period.

Attendance is free.  Register below to attend in person or via Zoom.
