JFK’s legacy comes alive at the JFK Hyannis Museum
Visit the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum on Cape Cod, where we animate Kennedy the man and illuminate Kennedy the statesman. Museum offerings are designed to inspire active and informed civic engagement. Today’s Museum experience features fresh interactive exhibitions, innovative special programming, opportunities for community involvement, and contemporary educational curricula.
The museum is closed for the season and will reopen on April 16th. Open during school vacation week and for scheduled museum events. For an off-season tour please call Jennifer at 508-790-3077 ext 3.

Current Exhibit : JFK at 100: Life & Legacy
An inspirational journey through various periods of Kennedy’s life, the exhibit features 80 plus photographs, text panels, video and artifacts and celebrates the centennial anniversary of the late president with a focus on the years he spent in the place he loved and called home: Cape Cod.
Coming June 1, 2018. Featuring intimate, behind-the-scenes images of John F. Kennedy, his wife, Jacqueline, and their children, Caroline and John, taken by Kennedy’s personal photographer.

The Kennedy Library Forums are a series of public affairs programs offered by the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum to foster public discussion on a diverse range of historical, political and cultural topics reflecting the legacy of President and Mrs. Kennedy’s White House years. Free to attend!

The JFK Hyannis Museum is working to modernize its building and exhibits, grow collections and artifacts, be a strong educational resource, deliver compelling and dynamic cultural programming, and expand community partnerships and outreach initiatives.
The Museum is currently expanding the lower level to create the space needed to serve residents, students from local and regional schools, and visitors with educational or informational programs and activities.

The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is proud to offer one of a kind artwork created using materials salvaged from a historic preservation project of President John F. Kennedy’s Summer home in Hyannisport, MA. These beautiful pieces of history were hand crafted by Cape Abilities and artist Tim Ellis Cole. Own or give a piece of history!
